Logging of latest submission
I am using a form embedded into a website for users (tenants) to submit required maintenance issues.
So users do not duplicate a submitted item, it would be helpful to have a area on the website (above the Form ) where they could see the date & subject of the latest submission ( being last item on the first 2 columns).
Appreciate any ideas of any gadget/script that could provide this solution.
Thankyou

This same link can be accessed at the top of the Website page with the form ( little gold key image)
Thanks
