Can't get SUMPRODUCT to work

Hello!

Browser is Chrome on Windows 7 x64.

I am trying to get a sumproduct working to fill out a matrix.  Here's a link to the workbook:

I have basically a long flat-file database in the "shortage report" sheet, which I want to fan out into columns in the "raid matrix" sheet.  I can't get the formula to work the way I'd like.

Also, if possible I'd like to be able to return a "Yes" or "No" instead of a 1 or 0.
