Counting based on multiple criteria

Hi Friends,

I am trying to produce a chart to illustrate camp attendance by service area.

I would like to count the number of youth attending each camp, from each service area and produce a chart for an illustration.

So, simply stated I would like to sum the values of 'Basic Registration Information'!$X$2:$X into 'Attendance Graphing'!B2:F11

~ IF - 'Camp Registration Detail'!$D$2:$D = 'Attendance Graphing'![RELATIVECOLUMN&ROW] 

~ ANDIF - 'Camp Registration Detail'!$AC$2:$AC = 'Attendance Graphing'![RELATIVECOLUMN&ROW]

Any thoughts are appreciated!

Oh, and it would be helpful it it also translated to Excel.
