split function for a mailing address

i have a list of mailing addresses that get populated each day with new addresses from other sheets. each address,city,state,zip are all in a cell and i want to seperate them out. example:

a1 is 

john smith

1234 e. main st.

unit 8

los angelas, ca 123456

i would like it to be like this

example:

a1= 1234 e. main st. (aka the hose number and street name and unit if applicable)

b1= city

c1=state

d1=zip
