Transpose Question

 

I have a table like this:

  A 1 2 3

  B 3 2 1

Is it possible to use Sheets to transpose it into:

  A 1

  A 2

  A 3 

  B 3

  B 2

  B 1

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
